About Cub Scout Pack 3838
Cub Scout Pack 3838 is a new cub scout pack (launched in November 2010). Our chartering organization is Maury Elementary School Aftercare, but attendance is not a prerequisite for joining. We belong to the Washington DC district of the National Capital Area Council. We plan to hold meetings every Wednesday from 5 to 6 PM at Maury Elementary School during the 2011-2012 school year. We plan to begin our year by on September 7, 2011. Our current focus is on activities that teach both cooperation and self reliance. We believe that Cub Scouts should be fun, but fun with a purpose.
